Its beautiful isn't it? I can't wait till have the $$ to go back and get a pan! Anyways, on to the meal.
FOOD
I started with Garlic and onion after I misted the skillet with olive oil:

Next I added a little bit of chicken broth and a bell pepper:
about 8 chicken strips (aprox. 8 oz or two serving sizes) cut up into squares, one chopped zucchini and a hand-full of spinach:
Once the spinach cooked down, I added another hand full and a lil bit of left over green beans:
More cook - and a bunch of smashed grape tomatoes later:
I served it over rice:

Today I had another migraine so I did a little drawing in my art journal about it:
