I'm Obsessed

I did a wide variety of simple art things today (none of which I would have done had I not been participating in AEDM & NaNoJouMo - this is why I am glad I decided to go for it!)

1) I took this old journal cover:

 And I gave it a coat of white acrylic to prep it for decoration:

2) Worked on this ATC from yesterday:

It now looks like this:

3) Worked on a card from yesterday; it now looks like this:

If you cant read it, it says "Welcome Winter"
 
4) Added glitter to a card from several days ago:

5) Finished a journal page:

6) Collaged a background for my small journal:

7) Glued a mixed media on paper piece into my small journal.

It was originally going to be a background because I was not happy with the full size image, but once I cropped it for the journal I liked it much more.  Now I don't know if I will add anything else or not.




I also made a super scrumptious dinner:

Yep, a cheeseburger and sweet potato fries.  I'm obsessed with them.  They are just sooo darn good.  Don't worry soon enough the sweet potato fries phase will wear off and I will be on to something new.  Sorry to disappoint you but so far I only have repeat recipes planned for this weekend: turkey chili, broccoli cornbread, energy balls, pumpkin butter and stir fry.  I might get it in my head to make something else but it all depends on my mood.
