Hope

I have hope again!  Last week was a hard one.  I was told several times by my medical board liaisons that it was unlikely that I would be getting out of the Army in time to attend school this fall.  I was quite upset about it.  My boss even asked me today if I was doing ok and did I need to talk to anyone.  Today, though, I had an appointment with the VA liaison.  She said the process is taking about 4 months - and my time starts today!  So, it would be a complete rush to get out of here on time, but it would be possible.  I am willing to jump through hoops to make this happen.  I am just glad someone gave me some hope again because thinking about missing school and being stuck here for another 8 months or so was really depressing.

Today after work I got to do some shopping.  I was out of printer ink and paper so I went to staples which happens to be in the same shopping center as A.C. Moore and Bed Bath & Beyond.  So you know I had to go to all three.  I went to A.C. Moore looking for some inspiration, and found a really good sell so I got some goodies:

I saved 18$!  And, that table cloth in the background of the photo, that is what I got from Bed Bath & Beyond.  I had a 20% off coupon.  I had been looking at a similar table cloth at Pier One but well I am too cheap to buy it there.  So, I found this one & got it!  I was originally looking for cut gloves but they don't sell them.  Guess I'm gunna have to order those online. 

I then went to pick up my last two pots from pottery class.  They are not glazed so I wont waste your time with them.  I'll show them to you in a month or so when they get glazed and fired. 

Then I hit up Barns & Noble.  I was in rare form today - usually I don't feel like being so productive on a week night.  I got the new Eat Clean Diet Book:

I am hoping that it teaches me something new and gives me some much needed motivation!  Did I tell you guys about our vacation plans?  We are going to Hawaii this summer!  I am so excited.  Mom and Dad have both been, but not me.  And I have a friend who lives there (hi Ginni!)  I cannot wait.
